A KILLER who murdered and dismembered her lover has attacked her attorney in court for a second time in a shocking outburst.
Taylor Schabusiness, who mutilated her lover with a butter knife, was tackled by officers after she attacked her attorney.

In a video from a preliminary hearing on April 4, Schabusiness is seen glaring at her attorney before she jumped on him.
Schabusiness shouted inaudible words as she pounced on her lawyer.
Officers rushed over to the shackled killer, who is currently on trial for allegedly attacking a prison guard.
The attorney seemed unfazed by the attack, turning to the prosecution table and throwing his hands up in a resigned shrug after Shabusiness was thrown off him.
The attack is the second time the 27-year-old has been violent against an attorney of hers.
In February 2023 while on trial for the 2022 murder of Shad Thyrion, Schabusiness attacked her defense attorney Quinn Jolly.
Schabusiness attacked Jolly more violently by physically trying to fight him before court officers detained her.
The murderer was eventually found guilty and sentenced to life in prison in a Wisconsin court for homicide, mutilating a corpse, and third-degree sexual assault after she strangled Thyrion with a chain and sexually abused and dismembered his body.
It came after Schabusiness confessed to decapitating Thyrion while they were having sex.
The Wisconsin woman then went on to sexually assault his mutilated corpse and remove his genitals with a butter knife.
“There is a need to protect the public,” he told the Wisconsin courtroom,” the judge said as she was being sentenced.
“This behavior is so removed from humanity with this kind of defense with no advance warning signs, absolutely anything is possible.
“This crime offends human decency, it offends human dignity, it offends the human community.”
Schabusiness said the murder happened at Thyrion’s home after the couple had done methamphetamines together.
The killer said she blacked out as she choked her lover, and when she got with it, she thought she may as well finish what she started.
“Schabusiness stated she enjoyed choking him and made comments to detectives asking if they knew what it was like to love something so much that you kill it,” authorities reported.
Schabusiness told officers that after she chopped up her partner, she was too tired to dispose of his body.
“[She] stated the plan was for her to bring all of the body parts with her but she got lazy and only ended up putting the leg/foot in the van and she forgot the head,” the complaint reads.

The killer told authorities, “Damn the head…I can’t believe I left the head, though.”
“Schabusiness responded that the police were going to have fun trying to find all of the organs as she dismembered the body,” according to the criminal complaint.
Thyrion’s head was discovered when his mother went to check on him and found his head in a bucket.
The victim’s genitalia was also in a bucket, while the rest of his remains were thrown in bags and in a van Schabusiness had borrowed from her roommate.
Schabusiness did not take the stand during her trial.
